Project Assets: Visual content (drone footage, 3D scans), source code, and design files.
2. Use of Information and Confidentiality: All collected information is used strictly for the execution of the Services.
Development and Systems: M3SCA CORP commits not to disclose, sell, or use for its own purposes the source code, database architecture, or software strategies developed for the Client.
Credential Security: Upon project completion or termination of the service relationship, M3SCA CORP recommends that the Client change all access passwords. We will not actively retain security credentials following final delivery.
3. Protection of Visual and Spatial Data (Drones and 3D): In handling property imagery and 3D scans, we guarantee:
Strict Anonymity: Exact addresses or owner names will not be associated with images published in our portfolio.
Third-Party Privacy: We will make reasonable efforts to avoid capturing or publishing faces, vehicle license plates, or personal documents that may accidentally appear in the content.
4. Third-Party Data Transfer: M3SCA CORP does not sell or trade your data with third parties. We only share technical information with essential service providers (such as web hosting services, payment APIs, or 3D rendering platforms) under their own security standards.
5. Information Security: We implement technical security measures to protect the integrity of the data and software developed. However, the Client acknowledges that no digital transmission or storage is 100% infallible. M3SCA CORP shall not be held liable for external vulnerabilities or cyberattacks on third-party servers contracted by the Client.
6. Client Rights and Control: You retain the right to request the correction or deletion of your personal data from our records. Furthermore, we respect your right to request the removal of any content from our portfolio if you believe it affects your privacy or the security of your intellectual property.
